What is your return policy ?

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo proof.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Due to the fragile and consumable nature of candles, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind / personal preference (e.g., fragrance, color)
Products that have been used or partially burned
